The only workshop in the world using Stanislavsky’s original chart, “The Method of Physical Actions,” which Stanislavsky gave to Stella Adler in 1934. This chart is the culmination of his life’ work, giving the actor the 40 tools necessary to create a living soul on stage. Beginning with a physical and vocal warm-up, this Workshop enriches and expands the actor’s imagination, talents, and abilities.

Using the tools on ‘The Method of Physical Actions’ chart, we work with improvisations, physical exercises, and monologues to reveal the actor’s authentic voice through simplicity and truth.
